Base fee based on Debt Amount and Number of Creditors.

Debt up to $25,000 and 35 or fewer creditors | $950.00

Debt up to $25,000 and 36 to 55 creditors | $1,000.00

Debt up to $25,000 and 56 or more creditors | $1,050.00

Debt between $25,000 and $50,000 and 35 or fewer creditors | $1,100.00

Debt between $25,000 and $50,000 and 36 to 55 creditors | $1,150.00

Debt between $25,000 and $50,000 and 56 or more creditors | $1,350.00

Debt between $50,000 and $100,000 and 35 or fewer creditors | $1,400.00

Debt between $50,000 and $100,000 and 36 to 55 creditors | $1,500.00

Debt between $50,000 and $100,000 and 56 or more creditors | $1,550.00

Debts amount greater than $100,000 – fee determined on as per-case basis after Consultation.
